Mr Baxter our Tennt. of Two Houses in Finch Lane
the Lease whereof expires at Christmas 1728. at £9.
P Ann Propos'd for a further Terme of 21. Years
the Old Ground rent of £9. P Ann Tax free and a
Fine of £350.£50. to be paid at Sealing the
contract and the remainder on the Delivery of
the Lease and to put the premisses into good repair
at his own Charge.

Which Proposal was accepted and he gave
£5.5s. to the Poors Box.

Mr. Treasurer, Mr Gee. Mr. Mitchell Mr. Ruck
& Mr. Olimns or any 3 or two of them are Appointed a
sub Committee to view the following Houses Vizt.

A House in Harp Rowe in Possession of Saml.
Goodwin
< no role > Hair seller The present Rent whereof
is £9. P Ann & the Improv'd Rent £32. P Ann.

A House in Blowbladder Street in the Possession
of John Edwards< no role > The present rent whereof is
£5.6s.8d. P Ann.

A House in the Old Baily called the Cock
Alehouse the present Rent whereof is £8. P Ann
& the Improved Rent £32. P Ann. & a Sugar
[..] House [..] in Queen Street in Possession of
MesSr s. French & Wowen.

Mr. Barkes to he alld taxes
for 2 first. Yrs.


Resolved that Mr. Samuel Parkes< no role > who has
Agreed for a Lease of Two Houses in Pater noster
Rowe at a Peppercorne Rent for the 2. first Yers.
& £63. P Ann Tax free for the Remainder of a
Terme of 21. Years from Midsumer 1725 [..] be
allowed the Taxes for the two first Years of the
said Terme.

Letter of Attorny


Resolved that a proper Letter of Attorny be
prepared and put under the Corporation Seal
in Order to collect & Distrain for Arreares of Rent
due to the Hospital when necessary.
