Mr. Helmesley proposed for a Lease of a House in
Threadneelde Street held by Mr. Depty. Stamper for
21. Years from the expiration of the present Lease
to pay £20. P Ann Tax free & £120. Fine & to put
the House into good repair at his own Charge.

Which Proposal was accepted
He paid £2.4.6. to the Poors Box

Mr. James Auselin< no role > junr . renewed his Proposal
made the 7th. September last but the same was
rejected.

Grant to Thos. Thomas

Agreed with Mr. Thomas Thomas< no role > One of the
Execrs. of Ralph Hyde< no role > to Grant them a Lease of
two Houses at St. Sepulchres lately burnt down
and now rebuilt and to make up the present
Terme 21. Years for the benefit of Mr. Hyde's
Children But the Passage is to be reserved
after the expiration of the present Terme And
Mr. Thomas is to have a Lease to himselfe for
40. Years from the expiration of the said New
Lease And the said Mr. Thomas is to pay £70. Fine
and the Old Rent of £20. P Ann clear of Taxes in
respect of the said Lease for 40. Years

He gave £2.2.0 to the Poors Box

Ordered that Sr . Wm. Ogbourn< no role > Mr. Mee and
Mr. Hollister or any two of them be a Sub Comittee
for Viewing House in Cheapside the Old Baily
& Fleet Lane .
