their Opinions That it will be most for the Service
of the Hospitall to have the House belonging to
the said Mannor of Katherines pulled downe
when the present Tenuants Lease expires which
will be at Michas 1717. and the Lands Laid as
aforesaid to our said other Farmes.

And it is referred to the same Sub Comittee or
any Two of them to make such Allowance as
they shall think proper to one Edward Boultwood< no role >
to respect of his Delivering up a Mortgage made to him
by Thomas Quarne< no role > Deceased in 1713 for £11. of a
small Parcell of Land in Parndon lately discovered
to belong to the Hospitall as parcell of the Demesnes
of their Mannor of Katherines.

And it is Referred to Mr. Treasurer and such
other Governor or Governors as he shall think
proper to Apply to Sr. Richard Child< no role > for payment
of the Arreares of Severall Small Quitt rents due
from him for some parts of his Estate lying within
Our Mannors in Parndon which at Present he
refuses to pay.

Isaac Higgs< no role > and John Bryant< no role > Peticoned for
the place of One of the Beadles in the Roome of
Samuell Lawrence< no role > who was made Porter of the
Foregate at the Last Generall Court And the said
John Bryant< no role > was Chosen To hold the same during
the Pleasure of the Generall Court or this Comittee

Mr. Bennett who was Admitted at the Last Court
for the Manor of Topcliffs in Meldreth and Melbourne
in Cambridge Shire to a Coppy hold Estate there upon
which a Fine of £20. was sett by the Governor present
at that Court now Desiring some Abatement of
the said Fine The Comittee was of Opinion Not to
make any Alteracon therein

It is Referred to Mr. Treasurer Mr. Michell and
Mr. Mount to Settle Allowance to Mr. Foster of
yorke for Receiving part of Fawethers Annuity And
also to Adjust and Settle the Difference with Mr Vessey
Heire about the other part of the said Annuity And to
Give the Needfull Direccons for Obtaining the
Arreares of the said Annuity
