Minutes of Last Grand Comittee Read and Approved

Is being above One hundred Yeares Since the Last
Mapp or Survey was taken of Our Lands in
Massworth in Bucks which are lately Lett be Lease
to Henry Batshelor< no role > And there having been great
Alleracons in the Boundaryes since that time most of the Lands lying
in Common Feilds [..] It is Ordered That a New Survey
to be made thereof Soon after next Harvest.

Ordered That a Distress be made for Mr. Combers
Arreares and that Tearless be Prosecuted in such
manner as Mr. Treasurer shall think most proper
for his Arreares.

The Report was Read of the Courts held in August
last by Mr. Treasurer Mr. Mitchell Mr. Micklethwaite
Mr. Mount and Captn Barnes for Our Manours of Taylfers
Gerous and Katherines in Parndon Deuge Helious in
Bumpsted Hinton Comberton and Topcliffs in Meldreth
and Melbourne in the Countyes of Essex and Cambridge
And of their Views of Our Severall Estates belonging
to the said Mannors And also of their View of our
Two Farnes in Teversham and Fulborne in the
said County of Cambridge Now held by the Widdow
Harrison and Charles Crofts Read< no role > Esqr. Under a Lease
Granted to James Harrison< no role > Deceased for 21 Yeares
Expiring at Michas 1717 at £30. P Ann in Consideracon
of a Fine of £800. The Rent whereof night in their
Judgment be Advanced from £30. to £100. P Ann

And they Laid before the Comittee the severall
following Proposalls which had been made to them
by severall Persons for a New Lease of the said Farmes
for 21 Yeares from the Expiracon of the said Present
Lease being Michas 1717. Vizt.

The said Charles Crofts< no role > Read proposes the Old Rent
of £30. P Ann. and £1000. Fine

Mr. John Paterson< no role > of Cambridge Proposes the
said Old Rent of £30. P Ann and £1000. Fine.

Mr. John Browne< no role > of Royston Proposes £60. P Ann
Rent and £800. Fine

Mr. John Mayhew< no role > of Teversham Proposes £60.
P Ann Rent and £700 Fine.
