Minutes of the Last Grand Comittee Read & Approved
Ordered that the Sub Comittee for Setting upon Marks
on the Hospitall Houses be appointed to Meet on Monday
morning next at Johns Coffee house in the Old Raily

The Clarke of this Hospll. accquainted the Comittee that Mrs. Comon
Serjt. had been advised with in relacon to the Case
of Bernard John< no role > an Incurable patient, and that
he is of Opinion, there is no Remedy to be has
agt. Mr. Walker, whereupon his Ordered that
the sd Bernard John be forthwith pass'd away
to the place of his Lad Settlement.

Agreed that the Ground Rent of Eleaven houses next his
New Street in St: Thomas's Parish now in Lease to Mr. Sell
be £10: P Ann: after the Expiracon of the present Lease which
was granted to Robert Browne< no role > for 51: yeares from Lady
Day 1661: at £4: P Ann: for a Fine of £26: the Improved
Rents are abt: £40:8s: P Ann:

Capt . Amory came to Treat for A Lease of the sd: Houses, and in
regard of some pretensions to an Allowance from the Hospll. towards the
Charge he was at abt. 14: Yeares age in filling up is Ditch & otherwise, And
of the Charge be must be at in the New Buildings , the Desired a Lease for [..]
yrs. at the Old Ground Rent of £4 P Ann and refused to Give more
which the Comittee rejected.
