Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.
Upon Debate abt: Governors Taking Leases of Lands or
Tenements belonging to this Hospll: & reading the Order
made by the Generall Court in 1677: whereby all the
Governors are restrained; It is the Opinion of this
Comittee that such a Generall Restriccon may now be
prejudiciall to the Interest of the Hospll. in regard the
Number of Governors is greatly Increased suits making
of the sd: Order Whereupon the Clerke is Directed to
Draw upon Explinacon of the sd: Order to be laid before
the next Comittee pursueant to this Debate.
Mr. Cole Mr: Mount & Mr: Baker are desired
to joyne with Mr: Trear in Treating & Agreeing with
Mr: Cox & the Trustees of Aldran Coldham's Estate for
the purchase of the House in Southwarke

Treat for Renewing the Lease of the sd. Farme together
with she Underwood belonging to that Farme which
containe abt. 67: Acres by the Hospll: Surveys But the
same having not been formerly Sett with the sd. Farme
the Comittee thinks fitt in respect of the sd: Woods to
Advance the Old Rent of £50. P Ann to £70. P Annum
And Mr: Kingsford being acquainted therewith He
proposed to Give that [..] Kent £200: Fine for an
Addiconall Terme of 21: yeares which was refused
