Oake, and the whole to be Built within
Three Years from this day. And also in
Consideracon of his New Building with Brick
within the First Thirty Years of the sd
Terme, Two Old Mesuages or Tenements
(part of the Premisses now agreed to be
Granted to him) Standing neare the Gally
Hole in the Parish of St. Thomas aforesd.

Upon the Applicacon of Mr. Danll. Cox< no role > &
Mr: Edwd: Stracey< no role > , Ordered that the Clerke
deliver to them Extracts of the severall
Grants made by this Hospitall to Aldennt:
Coldham & Mr. Paine Of the severall
Parcells of Ground & Priviledges held by
them of this Hospll: with such Acct. at the
Arrears of Rent & Fines as he shall
think requisite:

The Report [..] of the View made by the
Present Treasurer & the late Treasurer &
Mr: Depty: Serocold & Capt. Walker of the
Hospitall Lands in Denham & at Langley
als Lynsters in the County of Bucks was
Read & Approved.

And then Mr: James Galer< no role > our Tennt: of
the Demesnes of the Mannor of Denham Durden< no role >
came to Treat for a New Lease Of the at Demesnes
for One & Twenty Years from the End of the
present Lease which expires at Michas [..] 1712
at £50: P Ann: Rent, and being acquainted
that the Comittee intended to Grant Tur
