Swayne Pposall for
Combe Farme.}


Thomas Swayne proposes for a Lease of Combe
farme & the Woods thereunto belonging (the
Words containing about 67: Acres) for 21: yeares
from Michas 1710: at £70: P ann Rent. To Give a time of £200
to be paid at Michas next so at the Hospll: will put the
premes into Sufficient reparis at theris own Charges
Which Termes the Comittee refused.

Butler Daughter

The Butlers Daughter Goods to be Removed out of
the House if she dont Take them away within 3: or 4: days

Capt. Amory proposall

Capt. Amory of Cainbenwel proposes to Take a New
Lease of severall Old houses adjoyning to the New Street
inst: Thomas's now in Lease to Mrs. Sell. Which are Orderd
to be Viewed and Capt: Amory to have Notice to attend at
another Comittee.

Mr. Hamond to Repaire
Comb: Farme .


Ordered that Mr. Hamond one Tennt: of Combe Farm
be forthwith Writt to by the Clerke to put the Farme Hous:
and Buildings and att the Fences of the Woods & Grounds
into good and sufft. Repaire And if he Neglects it, To
be sued upon the Covenants.

Bernard John< no role >

Ordered that Mr. Comon Serjt: be Advised within
the Case of Bernard John and if he thinks an Accom
will lye agt: Mr. Walker's Security The said Mr: Walkers
is to be imediatly Sued for not Receiving the said
Bernard John< no role > when Discharged as Incurable.

Allowances Settled
to Butler Brewer}

Agreed That the person who shall be appointed
Butler & Brewer shall discharge there Offices without
having any Allowance from the house for Assistants, and
shall have £20: P Ann for Wages on Sallary and the
Weekly Allowance and such other Pquisites as the late
Butler had and shall also have the yest Graines & Wash
but shall be obliged the find Yest for the Brewings & to
lett the Last Works Run over the Backs or Coolem
where the first Works were Cooled and to Draine the Work
Cleaner downe from the Wash and that the Wath
shall not Exceed One Barrett upon every 5: Marters
of Malt.
