Accompt with Sr: Wm. Henywood< no role > , for all Matters
depending [..] between the Hospitall & Him; which
was now Read & was well Liked & Approved
by this Comittee:

Marks to be fix'd
on Houses.

Ordered that Leaden Marks painted
according to the Pattern now Shewn to the
Comittee, & Numbred in Course, shall with all
Convenient Expedicon be Fixed, upon Every House
belonging to this Hospll. within the Bills of
Mortality Except in St: Thomas's Parish
where much Marks shall be Sett up, only at
the Extream Rounds of the sd parish, And
Mr. Trear is desired to give Direccons for the
Making & Setting up the sd Marks: And He
with Sr: James Collett< no role > Mr: Cooper Mr: Smith Mr:
Gunstone Mr: Dep: Serocold, Mr: Trollop &
Mr. Prince or any Two of them are apprinted
as a Sub Comittee to gve, [..] the firsttimeView
which shall be made of the sd. Houses & See
the sd Marks Sett up:

Southside of the first Court, be forthwith
Fitted up for Reception of Poor Patients, &

Direccons therein:

Complaint having been made by the
Officers of the House, that they have for
severall Yeares past been very Ill Served
with Water from Mr: Gulston is Works, Mr:
Trear is desired to Treat & Agree with any other
Psons for Service the Hospll: with Water, upon the
best Terms he can:
