Ordered that a View be made this Summer at Uxbridge upon Booths
Land, and likewise on the peice of Land in Denham proposed by
Sr: Wm. Bowyer< no role > to be Sold to the Hospll. And he Referred to the
Genlln: who shall goe on there Views either to Agree with sd. Wm.
for the purchase of it or to DirectParticon to be made between
that Land & the Hospll: Land adjoyning to it.

Sub Comitte to Treat for
Houses Etc late Aldrn: Colehamp}


Tis Referred to Mr: Trear , Sr . Ja: Collett< no role > , Mr: Cole & Mr.
Cooper or any Two of them [..] to Treat & Agree with the
Trustees for the Sale of Alderman Coldhams Estate, for the purchase
of the Houses & Ground adjoyning to the Hospll. on the North side thereof
to perfect the Exchange of Ground at formerly intended, which they [..]
think most convenient. And if they purchase They are to Direct
the purchase Money to be paid out of Mr Rands Legacy or the Remr. of Sr. Robt. Claying Legacy and to the
the same Settled agreable to the purports of the Will of the sd. Mrs. Rand
on St. Robt. Clayton< no role > respectively.

And to lay out Remr.

And is Referred to the same Sub Comittee to Treat & Agree for the
purchase of any other Estate, (if they shall think fitt) with the sd
Remaindr. of Sr: Robt: Clayton Legacy.

Ordered that Mr. Trear. for the time being shall have a Strong
& small Drink from the Hospll. Brewhouse for the tho of his Family
residing at the House build for the Trears in this Hospll.

Matron
Cook.
Butler.
Porters.


And his further Ordered That the sevll. Officers of this Hospll.
herein after named shall have he sevll. Allowances of small Beer
hereinafter menconed made to themfrom the sd Hospll. Brewhouse Vizt.

The Hospitaller not Greeding One Firkin Weekley

The Steward [..] not Exceeding One Firkin every time Days

The Matron Cook Butler & Two Porters not Exceeding Halfe a
Firkin each every Nine Days And that the former
Allowances made so the Matron Cook Butler & Two porters for
Small Beer shall be Costumed. All the sd Officers
are to find Carks for their own used duely Gaged, And none of
them are to Give away or Sell any of the sd: [..]
