Minutes of Last Grand Comittee Read & Approved

Mr Parker Discharged
from her Contract}

Mrs: Mary Parker< no role > , who Agreed with the Comittee the
8th: of November 1700: for a Lease of the House then
in her possession in St: Thomas's Street , for 16 Years
at 44s: P ann: from Midsomr: then last past., and
was to have paid a Five of £24: Attended at this
Comittee, and desired to be discharged from the sd
Agreemt:And these having been no Contract Signed
nor the Lease yet Sealed, nor any Part of the Fine
paid It was Agreed between her & the Comittee That
the shall pay downe Two & Twenty Shillings for the
Half Yeares Ground Rent due according to the sd
Agreemt: at Christmas last, and also Fifteen pounds
in liew of the Improved Rent for the time past And
that the sd Contract shall be void and the Hospll: at
liberty to Lett the sd House as they think fitt

the Occupacon of Mr: Stubbs Shoemaker , lyeing in
St: Thomas's Parish, for Eleven yeares & an halfe
from Christmas last a the Old Rent of Four & Forty shillings P
Ann He is to pay downe Four & twenty pounds as a
Fine, and to Covenant not to melt Tallow or suffer
it to be melted under the penalty of Five pounds
for every Offence

This Comittee takeing Notice That the Vault or Caller
now used for Coales in this Hospll: is much annoyed
with Water, & very in convenient for that Service They
are of Opinion That Mr John Hester< no role > be desired to
