in her possession in St: Thomas's Street
, for 16 Years
at 44s: P ann: from Midsomr: then last past., and
was to have paid a Five of £24: Attended at this
Comittee, and desired to be discharged from the sd
Agreemt:And these having been no Contract Signed
nor the Lease yet Sealed, nor any Part of the Fine
paid It was Agreed between her & the Comittee That
the shall pay downe Two & Twenty Shillings for the
Half Yeares Ground Rent due according to the sd
Agreemt: at Christmas last, and also Fifteen pounds
in liew of the Improved Rent for the time past And
that the sd Contract shall be void and the Hospll: at
liberty to Lett the sd House as they think fitt
