Depty: Tooley Mr. Cooper Mr. Cole Mr. Fenwick
Mr. Hooper Mr. Serocold Mr. Baker & Mr. Marshall
or any Three of them, to Examine & Adjust the
Workemens Bills relateing to the Church and
for other Workes about the House, and to Report
their Opinion to this Comittee

Ordered that Mr. Trear may pay such sumes
as he shall find propper, to the Workemen
imployed about the Trears house, in part of
their Bills.

Ordered that the Water falling from Doctor
Coxes, Houses lyeing next to the wall of the
intended New Wards in the First Court, be not
suffered to fall into the Hospitall, but he Turned
so as it may ne Carried upon his own Ground
And it is ordered that the Clerke to this Hospll. use his best
endeavours to obtaine the Decree for the Exchange
of the Ground between the Doctr. & the Hospll.

The Doctors & Surgeous of this Hospll. having
visited the Steward & being of Opinion That
his Judisposicon proceeding from a pa [..] ey, and
neward Decey, is by reason of his Great Age
Incureable, and that he is in no sort capable
of Dischargeing the Duty it his place, This
Comittee, thereupon Declared it, to be their
Opinion That it should be Recomemded to the
next Genrll. Court to Choose another Steward
in his Rooms, and that Mr. trear should more
the Court, [..] Referr it to the Comittee to make
an Allowance to the present Steward for his
Life, towards his better Support.

Mr. Rydoubt Mr. Ferne & Mr. Rounber, Referred
