Ordered that it be Referred to Mr. Treasurer to
Trear with Mr. Hard the taker for Letting him the
House late Nixons in St. Thomas in him of
the House & Garden Mr. Hard now holds, in Order
to his delivering up the Profession thereof for
the Making if a hay as formarly Proposed &
designed by this Comittee to the Mare Pound
And like Report what he does therein

and yet lately told his whole Jnlered to Mr.
Reighton for 48 and never read any Purfitts
This Comittee Couldering his Case thought it
reasonable to Remitt one year Rent being £124
so as he pay down the remaing 6l:2d. [..]
