Ordered that it be Referred to Mr: Trear to give
direccons for Felling the Ashes non fitt to be
Felled in the Woods at Orpington ,

This Comittee proceeded to take into Consideracon
the Matter relateing to Dr: Torlesse & Mr: Elton.
And the Minutes of the last Comittee were Read And
Mr: Trear accquainted this Comittee, that he had attended
the late Comr: for Sick & Wounded, and had obtained
from their Board, Coppyes of severall papers
relateing to the Applicacons made by Dr: Torlesse &
Mr: Elton to that Board, Which Coppyes were
this day Read, The Titles or Effect in hereof are as follow.
