[..] are of Opinion that other persons should he
Freated with, or the Lease suffered to Run out, if
Mr: Cast does not think fit to Advance much more
for a Fine; and he being called in & accquinted
there with, informed the Comittee, that he would not
give any thing more in regard of the Money which
he must of necessity lay out in Repaires, and that
he should not think himselfe any prayes injured
if the same were otherwise disposed of.

Mr: Trear reported the Opinion of the [..]
Sub Comittee of the first instant about a Crosse
Vault to be made at the bottom of the first Court
which this Comittee well likes & approves of, and
Orders to be made accordingly of the width of the
other Vaults and Referrs it to the Sub Comittee, to
Agree with Workemen for makeing the same; And
recomends it to the Sub comittee to take Pticuler
Care, that the Crowne of the Vault be kept Dry
and to Discourse with Mr: Violett our Tennt: of the
Vault under the new Wards abt: liberty of a Way this
the head of his Vault.

Mr. Trear Reported from the last Sub Comittee
that they had Considered the Charge of Altering the lower Front of the First Court
be makeingand find that the Doeing therbeforewith
a Piazza & an Arch will be upwards of £300. And
ye the doeing it without a Piazza with half pillars
& pillasters of Stone & an Arch According to the
former Report of the Sub Comittee will not exceed Two
hundred Pounds And that the Sub Comittee were of
Opinion that the Doeing it without a Piazza with
be most propper aswell as least Charge, This
Committee took the sd report into Consideracon, and
having Viewed the Drafts and debated the matter
upon the Question put agreed with the Sub Comittee
and Ordered, that the sd Front be Altered in the
