This Comittee having Considered of the Matter
Recomitted by the last Grand Comittee relating
to the lower Front of the First Court, and haveing
advised with Workemen concerning the Charge
Doe find that the Charge of Altering the sd
Front and makeing a piazza with and Arch
will be upwards of Three hundred pounds, and
the Charge of Doeing of it with an Arch without
a Piazza in the manner menconed in [..] the former Report of
this Comittee will not exceed Two Hundred pounds
And this Comitte haveing fully considered of
the proposall boith wayes, are of Opinion, that
the Makeing the sd [..] Alteracon
without a piazza will be most propper, aswell
as least Charge. And it is Ordered that this
be Reported to the next Grand Comitee, and
that the Draft prepared by Mr. Cartwright with
a Piazza, and that prepared by Mr. Olley without
a Piazza be then laid before the sd Comittee

The Minutes of last Grand Comittee read &
approved:

John Cass< no role > Esqr : our Tennt: of Three houses in
Wapping upon a Lease at £4: P and which
willexpires at Lady day 1704: desireing to have
a new Lease for 21: yeares from the end of the
present Lease at the Old Rent, proposed to
give Fifty pounds for a Fine, which this
Comittee thinks much less then the Value, and
