Bridge neare the Maze poud now in Lease to
Mr: Richard White< no role > Which or pires abt: 8 Years
hence, and that they find the House in good
Repaire and tha a Brick Building was erected
behind Pt of the House abt: Christmas last, and
that there is no conveniency of ground for
further Improvent: by new building, Whereupon
this Committee is of opinion, that the Leaseof
should not be Renewed till within 3:Years of
the end of the Terme. This way Referred
by Grand Comittee 18o. Febr last to be viewed by
Sub Comittee, and to Report their Opinion.
