Mr: Edwd: Ebbitt proposed £20: Five and the
Old Rent of £2:4s: P ann for a Lease for 21:
Yeares from Lady day last of 4: Small Tenemt: & some
back Buildings in St: Thomas's is agt: Three Hereing
Court part whereof late belonged W Mrs: Pursivall
But the Comittee refused to Keept it, And
Ordered that Mr: Fruich Receive the Rents grown
due some Lady day last

Mr: Coules & Mr: Nixon proposed to Treat
for a New Lease of Two Houses in St: Thomas now in their
possesion next beyond Mr: Ebbitts, and informing
the Comittee that they intended to New build the
back party, but not being resolved in what
manner to New build, or whether mill Brisk or
Timber, they are to consider of it till next
Committee

Mr: Laugham, offered 5: Guineys Fine for a
New Lease of the House in St: Thomas adjoyining to the Entrance
of Three Herring Court; for 21: yeares from
Xtmas: 1703: and the Old Rent of £2:4s: P ann
which the Committee refused.

Mr: Ward offered 5: Guineys, for a New Lease
of Two Tenemts: formerly One, in St: Thomas's
at the Con [..] ,agt. the Full putt Alehouse, for
21: Yeares from the end of his present Lease. Refused

Mr: Trear reported, the Plimlert of the Agreement made with
Mr: William's & his Wife, Mr: Roane, & Mrs: Everest
abt: a Rolling Way through the Cellar of the House
now in Mrs: Everest's possession, out of the Burrough
into the Great Vault; which was Approved & Agreed to

Ordered that the Complaint abt: Mrs: Parkers
Melting Tallow in the House behind the New
Wards, be Considered at next Comittee.
