Minutes of lad Sub Committee read 7 approved

Ordered that the Queens Arnes Carved with
Supporters & other propper Ornaments be sett up
at the East end of St. Thomas Church and it is
referred to Mr: Trear to Treat & Agree with
Carver and to give direccos for the doeing thereof
Mr Trear reported that

Agreed that the Front Court be paved or pitched
with pebles, and that it be made with a Figure the
Forme whereof is left to Mr: Trear & Mr Catrwright who is desired
to give Direccons for the Yeedy, doeing thereof, and
to Treat & agree for the same.

Ordered that the [..] Frame in the Window at
the West end of the Church into the first Court
be taken out and a new Sash put into Answer
those in the adjoying New Wards:

Ordered that a Brickwall be sett up in the
Burying place in the roome of the pallisadoes
from the Cutting Wards to the Wall next Joyners
Street of equall hight with that Wall;for

Ordered that a Brickwall be set up for
dividing & Fenning the Ground intended for a
Burying please for the use of this House from the
Church Yard and that a Doore or Doores he make
in the Passage leading out of St Thomas into
this Pound and Mr: Trear is desired to give
direccons for the doeing thereof for stopping up
the back Doors into this Ground

Ordered that unless Dr. Cox doe within a [..]
pay the Money awarded, he be forthwith
proceeded agt: al Low in the most expeditious
manner that may [..]
