and Clearing the Foundacon, and they are to
be at the Charge of Supporting the Houses
adjoyneing to the sd Wall.

This Commitee having severall times Viewed
the lower Front of the first Court, and having
advised with Mr: Olley & Mr: Foltropp about the
same, are of Opinion, that the Wall of that
Frount should be pull'd downe, and the new
Wall erected with an Arch of Twenty fool
wide in or neare the Middle, I and halfe pillars &
pillayters to Answer the Slove Worke of the
new wards adjoyneing, and with Sash Windowes
to Answer Awse in the sd New hards and
that there be steppy under the sd Arch
out of the sd fine Court itothe next Court
Ordered that this be Reported to be next Grand
Comittee for their opinion thereupon.

The Agreement made by the Sub Comittee the
15th. instant with John Jennings< no role > for Two Leases
of Houses & Ground in St: Thomas parish
Reported by Mr: Trear to this Comitee & approved

Mr. Trear reported the Agreement made by the
last Sub Comittee with Mr: Johns & Mr Mason for
pulling downe the Old Wall on the North side of
the New intended Wards in the first court which
this Comittee approves of & Agrees to.
