Agreed with John Jennings< no role > for a Lease of the Old
House in St. Thomas Street by the Gulley hole, late
in Lease to Anne Webb< no role > decd for 51 Years from
Lady day last at the old Rent of 44s: P ann: for a Fine of
Twenty pounds to be paid within a Month; and
he is to lay out One hundred: & Fifty pounds
in Building of a substantial Brick House, in
roome of the sd Old House, within Two yeares,
and to have two made Stepps at least out of the Street
into the New house . He put halfe a Guines into poors Box.

Agreed also with the sd John Jennings< no role > for a
Lease of an Old Tenemt: & a peice of Garden
Ground in the Tents in St: Thomas parish late
in Lease to the abovenamed Anne Webb< no role > dead,
which expired at Lady day last for 51 Years
from that time at 44s: P ann, for a Fine of
Ten pounds to be paid within a Month, and he
is to lay out One hundred Pounds in Building
of a New House upon the premisses within Five
Yeares; He is to remove the house of Office
which now stands over the Ditch & Gives into the
Ground adjoineing, and to digg a Vaull in some
Part, of the premisses, and not to make any
House of Easement for the future over the Ditch,
and so much of the Garden shall be laid into
the passage or Alley as will make the same
at least six foot wide, and the Ground over the
ditch where the House of office now stands is to be laid into
the Ground in Mr Andermans a sessions.

Upon viewing of the Old Nall on the North side
of the New intended Wards in the first Court, this
Comittee is of Opinion that the same ought to be
pulled Downe and have therefore agreed with Mr
Johns & Mr: Mason for the doeing thereof they are
to have all the Bricks & other Stuffe in the sd
Wall and are to pay the House Twelve pounds and
to be at all Charge is puling downe the sd Nall
