Sub Comittee Mercur 11o: Febr: 1701:
Minutes of last Sub Comittee Read & Approved.

It being taken Notice of in this Comittee, that the
Joysts for the Floore in the Gallery of the Church,
were laid even with the Wall, whereas they should
project about 20: Inches, for the Inlargeing of
the Gallery; And this Comittee considering whether
these Joysty should be taken out, and new one put
in, or only Spliced, The further Consideracon
thereof is referred to next Comittee.

This Comittee considering the Report made to the
last Sub Comittee of the view of the Church Roofe
and the Roofe of the Cutting ward [..] whereby it
appeares, that Mr: Calcutt has been guilty of
severall mistakes & defects in those Borks which he
is orderd to Reclify & amend, Doth think fitt &
Order that the sd Mr: Calcutt forthwith make up
his Accompt for worke done for this Hospitall, and
that the same be laid before this Comittee, And
untill that be done, and the Mistakes & Defects
aforesdmenconed in the sd Report, and also the
Mistake in theJoyGallery Joysts be Reclified &
amended, the [..] sd Mr. Calcutt is notbeto be
imployed in any New Worke relateing to this
Hospll. or the Church:

Mr: Taylor Mortgagee of George Jackson< no role > Assignes
ofBland to whom a Lease of severall House
in Joyners Street and Hatchetts Corner in St: Thomas
parish was granted Ao:16 at £30: P Ann Attended at this
Comittee and accquainted them, that there being a
years Rent due at Xt:mas last and ye [..] lately
delivered; he was willing to deliver up the Houses
to the Hospll: And is appearing that no Countergh
of the Lease was ever Sealed and Resaid &
