Minutes of last Sub Comittee read & approved.

Mr: Jennings proposes £40: Fine & £3:4s: P and for
a Lease of the Tennts: late Webbs, where of One stands
by the Galley Hole in St Thomas's Street , and the
other stands in the Tents and has Garden
belonging to it, For 51: years from Xtmas last
and to build the House in the Street by the Gulley
hole with Brick and also to build a New house
in the Tents within 3 Years. and to remove the
House of Office in the Tents which now gives over
the Ditch, & make it within the Ground, and to
lay so much if the Ground there into the passage
as will make it six fool side at least.

The Comitee proposed to lett the same in Two
Leases, at 44s: P and on each Lease, and to
take £20 Fine for the House by the Gulley to be
and £15: for the House & Ground [..] in the Tents
