the Lease of a House in St. Thomas Street neare
the Gulley hole27: f: front & 22: f: in depth
or thereabouts, And a House & peice of
Ground by the Maze poud be hind the Ground
lately Lett to Mr: Waterman , The Old Lease
was granted to Tho: Middleton< no role > for 41: Yeares
from Lady Day 1661 at 3 :4:d P and Conr:
£40. Fine, & new Building.The Comittee
accquinted him they intend to Grant the
premisses, in two Leases and to made the
Rent £2: 4s: P ann on each Lease, and to
have the House in St: Thomas Street new
built with Brick but before they Agree
with him, will know whether the Execueser
Adminr: of Mr: Nebb the last Tennt: is inclined
to Renew.

Mr. Trear accquainted the Committee that there
are severall Timber Trees in the Woods at
Orpington fitt to be Felld, whereupon Mr.
Trear Mr: Carturight Mr: Coope Mr Taylor
[..] Mr: Baker & Mr. Marshall are desired to goe thither on
Munday Morning next, and Marke Such
Trees as they think propper to be sold and
to give Orders forthwith for the felling
thereof.

The Setting up a Gallery at the West
end and North side at the Church, and the
Doore of the Church referred to Consdiracon
of next Co Sub Comittee:
