Minutes of last [..] Grand Comittee read &
approved:

Mr. Trear reported from Sub Comittee, that they
had viewed the House called the London Bridge by
the Maze poud, and find that there hath been
lately an Improvemt, made there by an Addiconall
Brick Building, on the Yard, and that there is no
further Improvemt intended, and are of Opinion
that the Lease should not be Received till within
3: Years of expireing, which this Committee
agrees to:

Mr. Trear reported that the Sub Comittee has
ordered Mr John & Mr: Mason to lay the
Foundacon of the Front wall for the intened
New Wards on the Northside of the first Court
and Reported the Agreemt: for that purpose
which this Comittee approves

Ordered that the pavement of the Isles of
the Church, be of purback stone Ruffee, and
laid in Courses.

Ordered that it be left to the Trear to accomodate
Mr: Saml Shephered< no role > (one of the Governor . of this
Hospll.) with the use of the Vaults under the Church
for the laying of Wines or Oyles upon such
Termes as Mr: Trear shall think fitt.

Major Lane Desireing a Remittance of Two
Yeares Rent upon his new Lease, and the Comittee
considering his Allegacory found us Cause to made
him any Allowance.

Ordered that Mr. Kings ford our Tennt: of Combe
Farme in Kent , be allowed Two Loads of Rough
Timber (which is now Felled upon the sd Farme) for
Repuire at the Monsion House & outhouse , and Six pounds
