Ordered that 20. Pollards in teh hedge rows & other
places upon the Uplands at Alvethly being but of Small
value be kept Standing & the consideracon of Mrs.
Taylors note of repaires is referred to the next Comittee

Jno. Violett< no role > offering £18. P ann for a Lease of 5. yeares
from Midsomer next for the vault newly built under
the new Wards It is ordered that the Bricklaier do
forthwith cleare the sd. vault & carry 50. load of the
rubbish away & Mr. Treasurer togeather with Mr.
Cartwright are desired to consider what to do with
the remainder of the rubbish And as to the leting of
the said vault this Comittee doth deferr if untill the
next Grand Comittee & yt. the sd. Jno. Violett< no role > do then
attend the Same.

Agreed with Mr. Tho: Cartwright< no role > Mason to give him
for the particular of his work in & about the new Wards
as follows Vizt.

For every Column of Portland Stone with Base & Capitall. 6.5.0
For the Purbeck paving in the Peazzoes to be done with
Purbeck Michells in Parnells & Tryangles arris at 8d. P foote
For Artricall Steps, at 2s.10d. P foot
For plain Step at 2s. P foot
For Comon Purbeck paving at 7d. P foot
For the Pillasters Bases & Capitalls in the Second Story 40s. a for

Ordered yt. the weight of ye. bread for the poore of this
Hospitall be 12. oz Troyweight & yt. the Baker have
notice of ye. Same to make his price accordingly.
