Severall of the Comittee want & viewed the
ground in Blackman Streete
& upon hearing their
report & reading over ye. Contract This Comittee
is of opinion that there was no more ground
lett to him by this Hospitall then was before
held by Mr. Corbin & those he claimed under
houses in
St. Tho: Pish
Ordered that none of the houses betweene the
Hospitall back gate & the gate into the burrough
be lett to any perons that Shall melt fallow
in any of the said houses
exp: of Leases
Ordered that at the next Comittee the times of
expiracon of the Sevall Leases of the old houses
on the Northside of the Streete betweene the
Hospitalll gate & the gate into the burrough
be inspected into the next Comittee
Robinson
Mr. Robinson offered £24. fine & no more for a
new Lease of the houses by St. George
Church lately
Mr. Shawe for 21 yeares from the expiracon
of the old Lease at the old yearly rent of £3.
which this Comittee would not accept & thereupon
declared they would Streate with any other persons
for the Same
