Mr. Gray acquainted the Comittee that he had Sent a
letter to Madm. Isabella Shaw de Roxas< no role > in Holland &
was satisfied it was delivered to her which gave has
notice increase the Gounors did not heare from
her in 3. moneths time they would lett the
houses at St. Georges Church to Mr Robinson who is
Mortgagee to the premisses And thereupon Mr.
Robinson attending was called in but he being not
ready to treate leave was given him till next
Comittee to prepare himselfe

Informed he letts the houses at £16 P ann whereof
he pays this Hospl. £3. P Ann.

Mr. Browne offered £220 fine & £15. P ann rent for
a new Lease of 21. yrs. of his farmet & lands at Pardon
& Mr Trer acquainted him the Comittee would lett
him have it for £250 fine & £15. P ann rt. & no
less wch. he refused.

Newgate

The Comittee think are of opinion they are not
hable to take any conginzance of the complaint
of the tenants in Newgate markett concerning
the difference betweene the Farmers & them.

Church


Ordered that it be recomended as the opinion of this
Comittee That the Church be built on the old
foundacon with enlargemt. to the Streete according
to a so heave ready drawne for that purpose

Mrs. Johnson can't pay neither fine not rent of
