by Lease made to Niccoll & ending at Michmas
1698 Which Lease was also granited under the yearly
rent of £10. & for a fine of £7. And because of the
Smallnes of the value of the house & lands held by
the sd. Tho: Quarne< no role > & the Greatnes of the present
rent We think fitt That the rent thereof be
Henceforth reduced to 5.10.0 per Annum & that
the rest of that rent being 4.10.0 per Annum be
added to the said other two farmes Vizt. 50s. to the
rent of the Farme held by sd. Wm. Browne< no role > whereby
his rent wilbe £15. per Ann & 40s. to the rent of
the farme held by the sd. Richd. Branson< no role > whereby
his rent wilbe 8s. per Annum & to the rent
for the 3 farmes wilbe still all continued & in
our opinions more equally laid And we value
the sd. Wm. Brownes< no role > farme at £52. per Annum the
sd. intended went of £15. per Ann included

And the said Tho: Quarnes< no role > at £11. per Annum the said
intended rent of 5.10.0 per Ann included.
