from Midsomer aforesaid at the yearly rent of 44s.
& for a fine of £8. to be paid at Sealing of the Lease She
is also to be allowed 11s. towards removing & liberty to
take away what things She put up.

Ordered yt. Richd. Southen< no role > Kent . to this Hospitall of an
house in the parish adjoying to the new Wards have
the Sum of £30. paid him for his interest in his
house wherein 12. yeares is to come at Lady day
next at the yearly rent of 44s. wch. is also to be pul'd
downe for the use aforesaid.

the chimines & wall they stand upon belonging to the
old Hall be forthwith taken downe & new built

him for Ten tun of timber for repaires of his Farme & outhousing
(the Same quantity of timber being ordered him when he took
his Lease of this Hospitall) there being no timber on ye
promisser.

It is left to Mr. Trer to Sell or disposed of the old iron as he
Shall think fitt

Ordered that Alice Robinson< no role > have the further Sum of £25. pd. to he for damage
She & her tenant has Sustamed by the Sudden pulling
downe of her house & yt. She abate Maylin her
tenant the quarters rent the to her at Midsomer next

Ordered that Nathl. Harper< no role > Knt . to Richd. Southen< no role > have
£30. paid to him for the like damage he Sustanied by the
Sudden demolshing of his house
