They also viewed the house held & inhabited by Alice
Robinson
< no role > in the said Parish the present Lease being
within 3 Yeares of expiracon at Lady day last day last & it being
neare the place the Church is to be built they thought
best to deserr the renewing the Lease till farther
consideracon be had concerning the building the said
Church

They also valued the two houses late Josiah Wards< no role > at
£14.8s. P Annum including the rent of £4.8s.

And the house of Jno. Russells< no role > at £6. P ann the rent
of £2. being included

A pair of Stocks being newly sett before one of the houses
in St. Georges Parish Southwarke held by the Executors or
Perisees of Mr. Shaw which the inhabitant complains
damages his house, Mr. Thomas is desired to speak to the
Churchwardens & desire the removall of them forthwith

This Comittee was Informed that due Mr Jno. Gessage< no role >
late of Phurstead in Rent Pyen had by his [..] Will given
a parcell of land at with & Plumstead in Rent
after his wives decease to his Hospitals to pay to
the poore of the parish of Whitchurch in Shropshire 2.12.0
P annum To the poore of Plumstead 2.12.0 P ann
& to the poore of Holborne parish Loud. £4. P ann
The whole rents of the same lands amounting to £19. P ann
