Mr. Kingsford to have notice of making good by repairs
within 6 Moneths according to the Covents. of the Lease
Mr. Whitewith givenoffering £40. fine for to have his Lease
made up 61 yeares at the old rent of £5. the Comittee
thought it reasonable & thereupon acquainted him they
would Communicate the same to the next Genall Court.
Ordered that Major Lane upon Surrendring of his present
Lease) shall have a new one made to him for 61.

& to have two yeares rent due Midsomr. next forgiven

or Lease from the City for 61. Yeares towards
incouragemt. of his building a Vault as by prosesed they would recoverd
to the Genall Court yt. he might (upon Surrendring
of his present Lease wherein 30 Years was to come at
Lady day last) have a new Lease made to him of
his house intended vault in the old Baily
for 61. Yeares from Lady day 1700 at the old
yearly rent of £5. & for a fine of £40. to be pd. in hand
