It is referred to the Sub Comittee to view the Tenement
in St. Tho: Parish late in the tennure of Richd. Pharez< no role > &
now enjoyed by Elizabeth Jemmin< no role > & report the valuacon
thereof to this Comittee.

Ordered that Robt. Colcutt< no role > have 34 timber trees
(marked out by Mr. Cooper in Orpington woods now
ready to be fullen) for the Sum of £46. to be paid
by the sd. R. Colcutt & it is desired by this Comittee
that the sd. Mr. Colcutt with the advice of the Mr. Cooper
do take as soon as conveniency will permitt an Accot.
of all timber & other trees now Standing in the
sd. woods whereby the Hosp: may have no imbeasillnt.
thereof made.

A petition of Parker Widdo. (tent. to this Hosp: of a
small tenent. in the parish of St. Tho: P the Lease
whereof being within 3 yeares of expiracon)beingwas
read praying to renew upon a reasonable fine &
cent the consideracon whereof was referred to the
Sub Comittee & they to report their proceedings to
this Comittee

Ordered that notice be given in the publick papers
that of Sevall old houses & ground in Blackman Streete
late held by Wm. Corburis< no role > to be Lett for rebuilding &
that, papers be fortwith sett up at this Hospitall
gates & at the sd. houses in order to the disposing of
the same.
