Mr. White tenant in the old Baily prayed to be heard
in realcon to the building his Vault & his proposalls
beingto have his Lease made up 6d. yeares (wherein
30 yrs. is to come last Lady day) for a fine of £10. &
at the old rent of £5. being so very small & the
Coilee acquainted him they can do nothing in it
except he come to better termes

Ordered that a Sub Comittee be on Thursday morning
next & that Majr. Lane & Mr: Mercer have notice to
attend then.

contracts of Tenants to this Hospitall in order to their
Signing of the same so soon as they have agreed.

Ordered that no more rent be paid to Mr. Muston &
others untill he as they Seale their Lease & the said
Miston do give this Hosp: a Covent. to save them
harmles from any of the other Psons their Exrs. or assigns
for paymt. of the same rent.

Ordered that Madm. Cook have 4.10.0 allowed her out
of the rent or at least so much as this Hosp: have
recd of Mr. Brownlow for diging gravell land al at
Hackney .

Mr. Cooper undertook to view what is fitting to be
felled of the woods of Orpington & will accordingly wke
