Than Comittee viewed the Tenemts. in St. Thomas parish Southwake
held by Saml. Warberton< no role > by Lease made to Willm. Cooper< no role > which
expires at Cras 1705. & is under the yearely rent of
£3.6s & find Severall of them much decaied & Mr. Warberton
being discoursed about rebuilding them he offered & the
Comittee agreed with him That in consideracon of a fine of
£10 in hand & sea [..] dring the sa [..] Dald becoming bound to lay out £250. at least in
new building with brick & improvemts. on the premisses in
Substantial Manner & Surrender the said bold Lease There
bee a new Lease made to the said Saml Warherton< no role > for the
[..] term 41. yeares. from Cras next at & under the said old
rent of £3.6s.

A letter to bee wrote to Mr Fentham acquainting him on what
termes the house will Lett the Ceale pitts left to Mr. Trer &
Deputy Eyre.

Tho: Clarke< no role > to pay Mr. Patechicott the ballance of their Acctr.
& then the Lease to bee made to the [..] sd. Tho: Clarke
approving his accompt, & Mr Patchicott to deliver the plate
& goods he hath of the said Claks, Thos: Clarke< no role > to release
his father in Law & mether.

Sarah Swannell< no role > Surrending her Lease having paid all rent
to Midsomr. last the govnour accepted it [..]

The Bridgehouse labourers. to have 20s. for their care
in the last fire.
