InsuranceThe death of any highly valued friend Mr Mathew
has prevented my being at parndon at this, but I shall be glad to
meet you there on Tuesday near the 25 Inst. provided that
Day is perfectly convenient to you, & if you write to me by
Return of Part, so that I can receive it at the Hospital on
Monday, there will be no mistake of which so say be punctual
We have many matters to look ever & as range amongst the Rest
the purchase of Mr [..] land, which well certainly be
desirable provided the precies not two high. Ishall not entire into

Since your Letter of the 17 Ult I have had no opportunity
of laying your preparation of taking the Colliery before the Grand
Committee, & as I went to be perfectly clear before the business
is submitted to their, I beg to know whether your after is not to
take the Colliery in a lease for 21 years.
To have liberty of workg 2 Acres of coat at £80.
& if not worked to pay the rent of}£160
If more than 2 Acres air worked to be paid for as the rate of £80 P Ann
Int. on £950 the Money advanced for the Sough to be paid
for at 7 PCent68.10 -
The value of Horses Coats or the Bank, outstanding debts & &
to be paid for [..] amountg to £372.. 13.. 8½
with complete reddery of the Rubbirt, so that the Estate shall in
so every be pregeedeced. I beg the farvour of your Answer
as seen as convenient as I evert to have the business settled, & I
think it likely I may pay your aboutMr Beevers I send
you that your lease & Mr Sharpes will be forwarded in a

Sir
It not being convenient to me to [..] you at the Terme appointed
I did not apprehend it to be necessary to such an immediately reply
to your letter. I shall must reglet informer than the usual Expences
of protecting [..] & Embankment her taken plan as the
prepair of the Terms has been too [..] felt by the Hospital
to enable to lay out more money than what is [..] & I was
in hopes the Stone [..] would prove a great safe guard. I use
persuaded you well lose acted for the beetplease to forward the
Accounts to Mr Beevers at the Hospital. I well end cannot seem
[..] , What [..] thank you for you head I [..] I am to [..]
