Dear Sir
Could I have compleed with your Werk relative
to the Deputation for the Manor of Parndon I should have
immediately Answered your Letter on the Subject; but as I
had presen [..] ly prevented it to Daneels one of the Hospl.
Tenants, Provided he went will the Approvation of Mr.
Marshall our Agent for the Essex Estates, it was not in
my Power to reply to your Requer like Ire [..] his Answer
which being much infavour of Daniels it is not possible
for me to release. Stanten Mr Marshall acquants [..]
is necessary from a day [..] Illness, & as he is an old
Man I shall find myself despered to treat him with
same degree of Tenderness

In Reply to your Letter of Yesterdays date I have
to acquaint you that in Care I take from Mr Stanton his
Deputation I have already princed it to Mr DanielsThe
Manor being near my Residence it will be an Object
for me it have the Game preserved, in which I doubt not
both yourself & the other Tenants will done the favour of
attending to. Mr Marshall says to particularly recommended
to you not to think of neglecting your farm for any plea-
-slesable Amm [..] ount whatever, in as sick adverse I certainly
concern, as from your non Account You have much to do
It is likely I shall soon come ever.

Since I had the favour of your Letter of the 23d
Ults. Mr. Marshall has written to me on the July us of
exchanging the Savoy Woods fields agreeable to a plan you
submitted to him; but as you say the Exchange of Woodland
is impracticable I am paid considerable difficulty well
arise in complying with a Request it would give me plea-
-sure to lay before the Committee, was I not new are that
great difficulties would arise in exchanging any Estates
belonging the Hospital except for the same Poor of Property,
ended the Recover infirms me he does not rememberance
