I should have done myself the Honour of acknowleged of the Reced
of your Letter of the 21st. Novr. last, are this, had I not wasted for an
Opportunity of pobenetting into the Ground Committee of then Hospl.

to proceed upon the Redemption of the Land tax of then Estates till
further Consideration.Should any Steps. be taken therein
