Affair of Tagell & Stockeld; as to Lockers it as in a Manner settled
I shall be glad to recieve the Account of Quest rents & plan

I this day reced yours of 20th. ces [..] two Bills together Seventy
five Pounds eight Shillings Newpence £75.8.10 which [..]
Balance of the Busi [..] rents to Lady day 1799 & of the Tibshelf to
Michr. 1799 agreeably to the respective Accounts remitted the former
Feme. You change the Salary for Tibshelf £30.should is not be
£30.10.-E The Charge of £36.15.for a during, re [..] Etc. I
suppose to be usual tho' it does not specify low St. Arises
whither so much in the Pound or otherwise I returned you the
21st. by Port the Bill on I Branch £57.18.I Presented at that
the opening to know if likely to be paid but learned that it was
not.I have this day been waited on by a Mr Mead
who lives in Town who is afreend or relation of miles and thus
likely been at Tibshelf; it as on the old Story that he has been
hardly used & your being pre [..] against him, & brought
will him her Case will a Copy of the Award who it he chenks
search in his favour, through upon the very face of at the brick
of Covenant for admitted, the he c [..] for at an another
Way by Buildings Etc. I uses wered generally that I could not
alter my View of the Matter, that I [..] a land load had or
Right to decline any further Co [..] with a Tenant [..] as
set obliged to assign any Reason with at the least [..] putation
of doing him an Inquiry, low ever measurement it might be,
& in Shoes that I looked on the Renewal as last about to a
Claim of Ryts.

Sir
I reced yours of the 10th. Mr. Stevens called here & paid £64-
one Years rent to Lady day 1799 that premised the half year to
Michmas by the end of this Mouth: the Man seems [..] ,
he altered said two years were due Mr. Michmas, & that he was to
pay one Year & the Present Occupair the other has when I told
him that his Turn expired as Michmas, & that the present Occu-
-pierI I or by seck are from that Time he seemed solu [..] ed.

I cannot ascertain about the Manor of him [..] us; Mr. Crime-
-well well be here next Week, well ack him about it, I thought,
Mr Timber at Melton has been felled upon wall recollect at may
language both in Person & letter has inform by been to take
down any they has [..] , it for the John of
the Money.
