In answer to that part of your Letter to Mr. Treasurer of the
9th. inst wherein you mention that some time ago you acquainted
him with the Death of Mr. Blyth late Steward of the Courts at
Tibshelf and recommending Mr. Dakeyne of Mansfield
Attorney to succeed him I am Order'd by Mr Treasurer to
acquaint you that He intirely leaves it to your self to appoint
a Steward of Courts in the room of the said Mr. Blyth deceas'd
and this He does from a real belief of your having the
Walfare of this Hospital at Heart & that you will do every
thing in your power that may promote its Interest

This Hospital being now engaged in Building a Barn
and Repairing somepart of its Estate at Parndon
will
have Occasion for some Money to enable the several Parties
concern'd to proceed therein And as you are Situated
on the Spot and your Rent being £61.5 in Arrear at
Midsumr. last I am Order'd by Mr. Treasurer
to draw
upon you for Twenty pounds payable at Sight to Mr.
Joseph Rowbotham< no role >
in Order which you will not fail
of paying accordingly
