As you have Broke your repeated promises to
pay a Good part of the Great Arrears of Rent long
'ere now I hereby Give you this last Notice That unless
you do pay forty pounds on Account by next Thursday
morning I shall make a Distress on your Effects
without more adeThis is the Peremptory Resolution
of the Committee

intends to fell the Woods at Haynes, Mackatts, Stops
Upper Down & Robards Down next falling time when
Mr Treasurer desires you will take care to preserve
the growing Timber Trees & do mark such Storers [..]
Wavers Etc as are fit and so many as the Custom of
those Woods and of the Country require
