receivd by him; who has Order'd me to write that He
approves of the Estimate of the Repairs necessary to be
done at Mr. Pegrains, and that you would give the
Directions to this Workmen accordingly

I am inform'd that you are Tenant do Mr. Tinney
for part of the Land (which he holds under a Lease
from this Hospital) at Plumstead
in Kent and it
being attended with a good deal of Difficulty to meet with
the said Mr Tinney and at I am further informd you are
desirous of paying your Rent to any person that
shall be appointed by the Governors of this Hospital
You are therefore desired to pay the same to Mr. Cole
of Bleak Hall near Brixton

I have wrote several times to you relative to
your Rent being in Arrear, and desiring your speedy
discharge of all or the greater part of trade Arrears, but
hitherto has been no Effect, I am now expressley Order'd
by the Treasurer
to declare to you that if you do not
discharge the Arrears of Rent now dire to this Hospital
on or before Michaelmas day next a Distress will be
made on the premisses & that without any further Notice
