Sir
I find by the Account of the Hospital Rental That you
are three years in Arrear for the Quit Rents of Hinton Netherhall
at Michs last which I dare say you will think rather too much
I therefore take this Liberty of Putting you in Mind of it. not
doubting but you will make a Remittance without delay

I am Surprized to find by Mr. Leeson our Receivr.
that notwithstanding his repeated Letters requiring you to
execute the Counterpart of Your Lease & pay your Rent
you have not thought fit to Comply with either or even to
Answer his LetterThis is dishonest & unmannerly
Treatment And I now give you notice that unless you
Execute the Counterpart of the Lease & pay the Arrears
of Rent (which are three years) within a week I will
Bring an Ejectment & turn you out of Possession & make
a Distress on Mr. Cowling your Tenants Goods

You may depend on the above being
done without further notice from
