Simon Smith< no role > who you need not be told (is in all Events liable
to them It is quite needless to recommend Secresy & Dispatch And
as I Suppose your Client would not choose to appear in the Affair
himself, what you do in it may be supposed to be done as Agent
for the Hospital who must employ some Person in an Affair of
this Sort as it would be impossible for me to spend the time there
necessary to finish it.

I have drawn a proper Agreemt. from Simon Smith< no role > which
Mr Wright will bring with him to be signed before the Distress is
made and will expect to meet you & him next Wednesday Evening
at the Rose in WaldenI shall also expect an Answer to this by
[..] urn of the Post And am Sr. yr. very hble Servt.

Yours of the 2d inst. with Notice of your
Intention to fill the upper part of Culverhill & Gilnash
Woods, has been laid before Mr Treasurer, who desires
you will give Notice to Mr. Chatbourn that He may
mark such Sterers & Wavers and other growing
Timber Trees as are proper to be left Standing agreeable
to the Custom of the place
