that altho Mr. Wright may not think himself obliged
by the Terms of Mr. Mompesson's Lease to shew any
Favour to his Under Tant, yet Mr. Treasurer desired
you will let him know the Govrs: [..] have determined
that who ever of their Tents. oppress their Under Tants.
