I've Communicated the Minute of the
Proceedings of the Comittee to Mr Treasurer & am to inform
you that our Govrs: (rather than Contend with the Company)
are disposed to accept of the Arrears of the Annuity in the
manner Propos'd by your Comittee tho' they think it hard
to allow the Land Tax on this occasion when it was never
done beforeAs we are to be paid no more of
the Arrears of Hazlefoots Gift than the 7 Years to
Lady day 1735 the subsquient Arrears must be accounted
for hereafter. And now the Affair is absolutely settled, To
Expected that the Company should forthwith pay as the
24 Years arrears of Tesson & the 17 of Hazlefoot without
any further delay otherwise the Govrs: of the Hospital with
have reason to think themselves trifled with In Expecta-
-tion of hearing from you effectually (& that soon) of
Remain.
