came sates the 7th. but being out of Town, could not advise you
of it sooner. The Bill is accepted, & when paid shall place
it to the account of Rend due at Lady day last.

I have met with the Gentn. that were at Avely &
by word of mouth have heard what they did there but they
have not yet drawn up their Report in Form which is to be
laid before the Grand Committee Tis they who transact
all Affairs of this Nature & I have always found they have
been very ready to accommodate any Gentlemen in the
Neighbourhood of their Estates as far as has been consistent
with the Benefit of the HospitalThere can be no
bidding for this Estate till after Michas next, whenever
there is You may be assured I shall take care You shall
have timely Notice. I am with great Respect
