I reced yours of the 10th. inst. with a Bill on Wm.. Tubb< no role >
for
£100 which when paid shall be placed to the Account of Fines
As to what relates to the Widow Parker, Mr. Treasurer has order'd
me to acquaint you, that He depends very much on you, as to the
Justice of the Case, & therefore leaves it to your Discretion, &
with all that the Governors will always be ready to do what
is just & right to every Body.
