I am sorry for the Trouble of writing to Mr
Wankford on so ungrateful a subject, was in hopes when
I saw you at Rickmansworth , should have had no occasion
for it; Hold you then the notice that was taken by the
Gentlemen. of your arrear of rent & must assure you that
your laying out money 5 or 6 years ago upon the premisses
will be deemed by them but a poor excuse for not duely
paying your rent. Our General Audit of our Accounts
will be at Lady Day my giving you this notice shows hens
much

Licenses due to the Clerks.
