When we were at Parndon Mr.
Ellis inserted on it that he was only Tennant at Will
but I find as (then told him) that C: Spencer is under
contract for 21 years from Michs: 1724. & obliged thereby
to keep the Premisses in repair at his own expences we
finding rough Timbers, he promis'd to call upon me at
London & if there was no lease to agree for one; till
I see him shall give no directions about repairs

You are desired to make out what is proper to be
left standing, & to use your atmost Care in the
preservation of the growing Timber Trees for the
Service of the Hospital
